Good morning, readers!
I’m working for a piece for The Beggar’s Bakery today. But in the meantime, I wanted to share a link to another site that I blog for (Redemption Feast @ wilmingtonfavs.com) and the piece published there today. If you have time, don’t miss the video attached to the link. – about redemption from addiction, about grace and about contentment. God bless you today!

Thank you so much, Lisa. That means the world to me – you have no idea. Some days, I think to myself “what are you DOING?” On hard days, I sometimes put stuff ‘out there’ and doubt anyone even reads it, much less gets something out of it. But if I’m going to share what Christ has done for me, all the gory details are important to get across how AMAZING that truly is! Thank you SO much. I love you, girl.

Thank you so much for your readership! It’s funny – the rawness of the “I am second” videos…that’s what Christianity looks like to me. Not stuffy judgementalness, or rigid rules or antiquated ideas. It looks like REDEMPTION and freedom from oppression 🙂

Oh my gosh, Karen. They are fantastic – so real. Don’t miss “Whispering Danny”s video. I’m so glad you were blessed by the one by Brian Welch. Although my choice of poision was alcohol and I didn’t do drugs, the feelings that the Korn singer felt are nearly identical to this middle-aged mom. Surrender.
